These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and triton7 ("triton7", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the triton7 website located at triton7.co and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the triton7 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with triton7's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Access to and use of the triton7 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. triton7 is strictly prohibited from offering services to minors. Age verification is mandatory and will be enforced without exception.
2. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
3. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of triton7, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period imposed by triton7 or any other gaming operator or authority that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Use of the triton7 Platform for commercial or business purposes on behalf of another person is prohibited.

triton7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by triton7 may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) triton7 account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly update your account details in the event of any change. triton7 shall not be liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. triton7 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication as an additional security measure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify triton7 support immediately via Live Chat.

triton7 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may require submission of government-issued photographic identification, proof of address (issued within the preceding three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

All financial transactions on the triton7 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits may be made via the payment methods listed in the cashier section of your account, which include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, and Bank Islam, subject to availability.

• Deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• triton7 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts under standard conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will, where technically possible, be returned to the same payment channel from which the corresponding deposit was made.
• triton7 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request exceeding applicable thresholds, which may delay processing pending satisfactory verification.

Any deposit made to a triton7 account is subject to the Anti-Money Laundering controls required under applicable regulatory obligations. triton7 reserves the right to place a hold on any transaction pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.

triton7 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds.

In the event of any conflict between the terms of a specific promotion and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only. All other provisions of these Terms continue to apply.

triton7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, including in circumstances where triton7 has reasonable grounds to believe that the offer is being abused. Indicators of bonus abuse include, without limitation:

1. Registration of multiple accounts to claim the same offer;
2. Systematically placing low-risk, opposing bets across multiple accounts or in conjunction with other players to satisfy wagering requirements without meaningful financial risk;
3. Exploitation of technical errors, misquoted odds, or system vulnerabilities to obtain bonuses or winnings to which the player would not otherwise be entitled;
4. Any pattern of wagering that triton7, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming.

Where bonus abuse is determined to have occurred, triton7 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and any winnings derived from bonus funds, and to close the account or accounts involved.

All games available on the triton7 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or available in the Help section of the Platform. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

triton7's games are provided by licensed third-party studios and operate on independently certified software. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on triton7's servers, the server record shall be definitive. Where a technical malfunction occurs during a game round and the round cannot be completed, all stakes involved in that round will be refunded to the players' accounts.

triton7 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error — including bets placed at misquoted odds resulting from technical failure — and to correct any settlement error. Where a game result is corrected after initial settlement, any overpayment may be recovered from the player's account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the triton7 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any manipulation of sporting or gaming outcomes;
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that provides an unfair automated advantage;
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime;
• Providing false information during account registration or verification;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account;
• Any activity that disrupts, overloads, or damages the triton7 Platform or its infrastructure.

triton7 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the Account Settings section of the Platform.

Self-exclusion may be requested for periods ranging from thirty (30) days to permanent account closure. During a self-exclusion period, no login, deposit, or betting activity will be permitted on the excluded account. Requests to reduce the duration of or lift a self-exclusion before the agreed period expires will not be actioned for a minimum cooling-off period of seven (7) days following the request.

All content on the triton7 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and interface design — is the intellectual property of triton7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the triton7 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of triton7 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, triton7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

triton7 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. triton7 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose.

triton7's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

triton7 processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

triton7 collects personal data necessary for account operation, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and the provision of customer support. Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data is shared with service providers only as necessary for the operation of the Platform and in compliance with applicable data protection obligations.

triton7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• triton7 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory requirement, or court order;
• triton7 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity;
• The account holder requests self-exclusion or voluntary account closure;
• Age verification or KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

Upon account closure for reasons of proven breach, triton7 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation or recovery of any sums owed. Where an account is closed at the player's voluntary request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.

triton7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where a material change is made, triton7 will endeavour to provide notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the procedures set out in Section 12.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory frameworks under which triton7 operates. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the triton7 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting triton7 customer support via the Live Chat facility available within your account.

triton7 will endeavour to resolve all complaints and disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, further escalation procedures will be communicated to you in writing. triton7's decisions on matters of game outcome disputes, where supported by server records and game certification, shall be final.
